This article is awesome! The most memorable leaders I worked with had many of these qualities referred to. Anyone can be a “manager” but it takes someone special to be a “leader”. My brother is a supervisor and told his team on the first day, “My job is to remove any barriers that prevent you from doing your job.” And that is exactly what he does. He puts their needs before his own.
