Make Travel Multi-Sensory

When I travel, I enjoy awakening all my senses. It helps you to recall your memories at a later time. I think about not only what I see, but what is the music I hear, the smell of the salty ocean, the feel of sand beneath my feet, and last but not least culinary delights. I eat at least one new dish every day when I am traveling. They also have cooking classes that people offer in their homes where they make traditional meals. Afterward, you can enjoy the “fruits of your labor” with the host family and new people that joined your group as well. You make new friends and have a great experience.
