Back it up!

Has your back ever bothered you before? When it has, why is it that you drop everything and then have to become creative in figuring out how you will pick it up. It’s at that time that those kitchen tongs become your favorite kitchen utensil! It is the oddest thing. As I have gotten older, I realize the importance of staying limber. I have made a conscious effort to stretch each day. I have even started Yoga. That California lifestyle is rubbing off on me. This article discusses stretching and how to start it safely!
