I find that I sleep better when I have a light dinner. It has served me well. I lost 125 pounds 14 years ago and have kept it off. The older I get, the more of a challenge it becomes. I miss going to the gym and it has been more of a challenge to stay in shape, but I love a challenge! So much of it is being mindful of what we eat.
